This stunning 70m² 2 Bedroom Cottage was built in the Hayfields PMB area for the owners mother looking to downsize and be closer to her family. Situated at the rear of the property this cottage blended in and matched up perfectly to the existing house. The extended Patio was transformed into a relaxing outside entertainment area and really ties the cottage together. This cottage was built to one of our standard designs which maximises space and flow.
